Tapagria is a Spanish Tapas restaurant bringing authentic Iberian dishes to the heart of Commerce Valley in Markham. Set in an exposed brick building that combines classic Spanish tiles with industrial fixtures, natural wood and steel finishes, the restaurant offers a large dining area, stunning new private dining rooms and a bar that overlooks the open concept kitchen for an interactive experience.

Such a great night with amazing food and service. Celebrated a birthday with 12 of us and the food kept coming and the pallea was fantastic.

Food was delicious - we were a party of 4 celebrating a birthday. Picked a few appetizers to share with our party of 4 and one Tapagria paella. Paella, I feel it was overpriced for what we got, but all was delicious! A few orders were forgotten with many apologies - a bit disappointing! Also disappointed that dessert should have been free for the birthday person, but it was charged - another disappointment. Oh - whatever you do - do not get the sparkly water - it's loaded with salt and tastes terrible! It was a nice birthday celebration, but I won't be visiting this establishment again... It's a one-time try, in my opinion! Hope it helps you decide whether to try this place or not.

Nice environment. I liked the open kitchen but noticed staff bickering and lots of head nodding and grumpy faces so it wasn’t good to see that. The owner touched our daughters cheeks and she cried. He didn’t mean any harm but it wasn’t appropriate nor was it appropriate when he made a lice joke with my older daughter. Food was pretty good especially the kale salad and mushroom croquettes. Paella was good, not great. Churros were very good. Dessert came out before plates or forks so we had to wait over 5 minutes. It took a long time to get our check which was annoying. Overall they have a good menu and if service could improve then they could have a more memorable resto that I’d want to return to.

My husband and I have been to this restaurant many times. For some reason, last night we enjoyed the most! I really think the server Debbie made a big difference! I have to give her 10/10 scores.

Food was awesome! We just couldn't order the paella because they needed 45 minutes and with 2 hrs allocated for our party of four we didn't want to waste it. All of the food we ordered were delicious though!
