There is a sign right before you walk in, stating that, instead of tipping your server there will be an automatic 20% added to your bill for service. OK - that's fine. However, what this actually means is: good luck with our service. For my daughter's birthday, we took her and a few of her friends. We got separate tables and different waiters, but they were just 1 table over from my wife and I. In the time it took for my daughter's table to order (and receive) their drinks and appetizer...we hadn't even gotten to order our drinks. The manager managed to walk past us twice during this time when we just had water and ask "how everything was?" I'm not even sure he looked down at the table. 15 minutes into our visit, we finally got to order - by this point we opted out of getting alcohol or appetizers. Not soon after we placed our order, the manager walked past again to ask "how everything was tasting." What? The next time he did this was about 10 minutes later when our food still hadn't come. I didn't answer and he literally, because what could I say "the water is great?" so he just stood there and asked the question again louder. You'd think I'm kidding, but when the food arrived, he immediately came back over and asked "how is everything tasting." We literally just got the food. After our daughter received her birthday ice cream treat, my wife tried to flag down the waiter to tell him we would go ahead and order a dessert. Nope...he just walked right past her. They got that 20% tip though...

It is a very loud experience but the atmosphere fits the restaurant. The food was very good with no complaints from anyone about table. Michael was our server and he did a great job, we were thankful he was our server. What I didn’t like was the hostess telling us before we were served that the tip is an automatic 20%. I explained to her that the service had better live up to t Ty hat number. I’m not a fan of them limiting the server to just 20%. In this case Michael did such a good job we would have given more

The atmosphere and wow factor of the goblet drinks are fun, especially for kids. But the food is very mediocre and overpriced and the service is very slow, though everyone is very polite. Our main dishes took over a half hour to come out, and it took nearly 2 hours total just to get drinks, an appetizer, food, take home boxes, and the check. Overall, it’s not worth the money but a fun one-time or special occasion experience.

We will most likely not come back anymore- It was not quite what it used to be. The food is ok, the drinks are cute, but charging me 20% to tip automatically for a party of 4 is not necessary. The service was not great- waited too long and it was not terribly busy. I do like to tip well, but I also should have the right to choose my tip. I understand for larger parties- but not for 4 people. We went to celebrate my daughters birthday and this year they charge $5 to get a sparkler in the birthday ice cream treat! So we went with the free candle and the waitress basically swiped it out of the ice cream before she could finish blowing it out. We paid in cash- they must not believe in change only dollars. I was to get $16.25 back and only got the $16. I know it is only a quarter, but what was that about...I could not wait to ask because we would still be there waiting since they were slow. The noise level was fine until they played terrible music for those who bout the $99.00 king kong bowl... Overall, thanks for a few good years of celebration- this time was just not worth it and we will be moving on to a different place.

I was aware it was pricey. I went through their menu before I got my reservation but I expected high of quality and taste but it definitely wasn’t worth it. Kids didn’t really like the food, lack of flavor/seasoning. It was an ok experience. Service was good and attentive but I would say take your money somewhere else and get better food for way less. I had 7 kids and myself and paid almost $500 🤦‍♀️
