   Our server Juan was exceptional! He was super attentive, friendly and engaging. Food was great, on par with other fancy and overpriced steakhouses but no complaints as you know what you are getting into when you go. Excellent service though.

   From the time we were greeted at the door to the time we concluded with our desert, we enjoyed our first experience at The Strip Steakhouse in Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas. We booked a 5:00 pm dinner so that we could attend a 7:00 show. We were seated promptly, our host explained the menu options, and immediately took our drink order. Our waiter took our order and helped us to decide on choices that wouldn’t be too much food for the two of us. My wife chose the lobster tail entree and I enjoyed the NY Strip steak with blue cheese topping. We shared a crab cake appetizer and a side of double baked potatoes. Everything was delicious After attending the show, we returned to The Strip House for 24 layer chocolate cake, ice cream, and specialty coffees. I’m glad we didn’t try to eat desert right after our meal. Spacing out the timing worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

   Very nice Steakhouse with quality food and drinks. Service was very good, always there when you needed them but nit overbearing. Would return again.

   The staff was welcoming and the service was good. The steak was another story! Ordered the smaller ribeye without the pepper rub. Was advised it would come salted and charred, which was fine. Steak comes and it was smaller than expected (very thin) and not charred at all!! It was on the cold side and actually not even room temperature ! It was also not charred! It was probably the worst steak that we ever had! Did not send it back as we don’t like to do that. (Worked in the food industry years ago).The lobster tails were good but also barely room temperature as was the baked potato. Very disappointing and will not return.

   I took my family here for dinner we went in to actually compare to our favorite restaurant in Reno the service is top notch the food was was perfectly cooked and very good we got a cocktail that was very good we never had to ask for anything the check came at the the perfect time didn’t have to sit there and wonder how to pay over all it was a very good experience I am glad we went in there so we went back a couple days later with the same outcome our waiter made the experience a very good one so big shout out to tiance thank you for take great care of my family and thank you for the cheesecake we will definitely be back soon

    The food was excellent and the noise level was not too loud. Our issue was the service time was poor! We sat without menu’s for 10+ minutes, then had to wait another 10-15 minutes just to order drinks. The waiter was courteous but service was extremely slow and restaurant was not full, which made it more disappointing and frustrating. Our meal took close to 3 hours.
