We’ve been to STK Westwood & other locations before. This evening’s experience was rather strange w/ the server who had a different definition of the meat temperature than the norm. When my husband asked for Splenda with the iced tea, she asked “what color is Splenda?” She then brought 4 bags of Splenda in her bare hand without a container or on a saucer. She wasn’t rude, but her view of service is unique & perplexing. Not terrible but not good either. Other service staff was attentive but a little too eager to transition us to the subsequent courses. We had 3 different types of steak w/ each one requesting a different temperature. None of us got the correct temperature. NY Strip & Ribeye were not consumed. Medium ribeye came out rare. Medium NY came out well done & very dry. Medium-well ribeye cap came out Medium. We ended up taking the 2 under & overcooked ones home. Baby gem salad ($28) was made with regular romaine lettuce, not baby gem. Delicious & generous portioned but false advertising on the ingredients. Brussels sprouts still remains one of the best w/ perfect caramelization & bacon bits. The restaurant had only 3 tables filled including us when we left at 8pm. Unfortunate—STK used to be one of our favorite steak houses. Not going back.

My wife and I visited here for her birthday; it was a great experience. Especially, the server named George was great. I want to visit again if I can get a chance.

My first time here. The ambiance was great. The bar tender was friendly and welcoming. Our server seemed like she wanted to go home. Didn't realize portions would be so small for the price. Steak had no type of seasoning. Yes to cocktail hour, no to dinner.

We had a wonderful night. We went to celebrate a birthday. Service was amazing. DB room great care of us! He provided excellent service! Thank you DB. Food was amazing. Everything was great.

Front of house was friendly, professional and efficient. Menu constructed on quality ingredients. Execution was modest. Pricing was $$$$. Wine list had some values for those with an understanding of how steak houses drive profits. Cocktails way over priced. Irony visited the casual version at the same hotel, same menu and Denny's service.
