   They were a little short staffed and short on menus, but our server was very sweet and attentive. Great dirty martini. The BBQ shrimp appetizer and scallops were to die for, but the cut on the steak for steak frites was a little tough.

   Overall experience was not what I remembered when I was there last year. Restaurant for a Sunday lunch was dead. Served was nice. Overall the food was good but lackluster for the prices.

   Restaurant is beautiful, drinks were great. Rotisserie chicken was dry. Cornbread was delicious. Smash burger was good. Brussel sprouts were over sauced drowning in it.

   The food was very well prepared. Our order was delayed due to miscommunication with the kitchen (we did not notice). The manager and waiter were very nice and kept us updated. I would definitely be returning. Kaleb was a great waiter.

   Oysters were it good. Waited way too long for drinks every time we ordered. For the price the food is not that good. Pretty disappointing.

   $42 pp for a buffet is fine and the food is delicious but when you have to ask for clean plates, ask to get a mimosa that goes with it they certainly aren’t bottomless when you have to find the server just for your one had to ask for salt and pepper. Walking to the restroom, listening to the manager, shouting, vulgarity, laughing and joking with the staff in the kitchen and then looking at me and saying oops. Had to find someone to get our check. It definitely was not worth $100 for two people for brunch one mimosa and one plate of food later.

   We have eaten at STARS three times and I have to say I was a little disappointed with our last experience. We started at Rooftop for a drink, the singer and music was great, but it was dirty tables were not cleaned off and drinks were OK. We then went downstairs for dinner and asked to be seated at a semi circle since there were 5 off us and thought it would be easier to talk. The waiter was obviously new to serving and did not know alot about the drinks also he talked really low so it was hard to hear him. He said they have a new chef from Brazil who is trying a few new dishes ( specials) to see how they work into the current menu. It took a long time to get our drinks and food and I would rate food was fair and much more expensive then I remember. My shrimp and grits was fantastic but as far as food value and experience I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. I don't think we will be back any time soon. We will try other places, as there are many in Charleston.

   Our waitress was very sweet, but too young to be serving at this restaurant. Our drink orders were incorrect multiple times. The food was ok. It was very loud and difficult to have a conversation with our table. We ordered a bottle of wine, server brought wrong bottle twice and told us that they don’t always serve what is listed on menu. Would not recommend.

    Our experience was outstanding! Food was delicious and Dakota an excellent server. We would certainly go back.
