Our server was exceptional. Noticed she was working at least 3 tables, which included one large party of 10 or more, by herself. She was courteous, professional, and efficient. We were extremely impressed and pleased to have such an excellent experience because of her and excellent food

We hadnt been to South City Kitchen for a very long time and decided to try it again. Our server, Ross, was outstanding and the food came out of the kitchen very fast. Loved the trout!. We lingered at the table after dinner and didn't feel at all rushed to leave so they could turn over the table. The restaurant was busy but the noise level was low and made it easy to have a conversation. The only drawback was I ordered the house wine and was charged $18.00 for the glass. I think it was a mistake but we didn't question it at the time. Next time, we will make sure to know what the charge for the glass will be!

Great food, service and ambiance! We were a group of six, in the area for a meeting, and were very well fed and looked after. Our server Kayla listened to our preferences, and made great suggestions from the menu. Our food came out quickly, and was hot and delicious. An excellent restaurant choice… highly recommended!

We didn't like our server. She was very dry and unwelcoming. She acted as if she did not want to be there and we were a bother.

We waited for over 10 minutes to receive our water and bread and had to connect with the hostess to ensure service. Once our waiter came it was a better experience but definitely a slow start.
