   Food is always good here - but service was pretty abysmal for this level of restaurant and amount we spent - 4 bottles of wine, oysters, apps, meals., desert etc. Items were lukewarm, plates were mixed up, and one of the 5 in our group's meal was "forgotten", not one sorry or offer of anything - been here many times, by far a very disappointing experience for such a generally good restaurant. And even getting the bill required several requests. Total amateur hour. And starting auto tipping at 20% on the machine is the height of arrogance with the type of service we received.

   Everyone enjoyed their food but my Hanger steak was fatty and stringy. The restaurant made up for it by providing a tenderloin to take home. Great restaurant and great service.

   Fantastic lunch at Sorrel ! They have my favourite menu , everything is delicious ! We were there for a birthday celebration and the team did a really lovely job . We had a beautiful table by the window and exceptional service . The team also arranged a special birthday surprise for the birthday girl , it was very special . Thank you for a wonderful afternoon 🙏
