Best Steak House in Fort Collins. Somewhat expensive but not as much as I expected. Excellent service and attention by waitstaff.

Overall the servers were great. Very friendly and professional. We had 3 different servers and let’s just say, the service got lost in translation. It seemed no one communicated with each other on what was needed and what we ordered. We started out with the seafood tower and that was excellent. Very similar to Ocean Prime. Loved it! Best part of the meal. But we had to wait 10 min for our 2nd round of drinks to come. We had to ask for melted butter for our lobster tails and more cocktail sauce. The martini pours are very small. Only half way up the glass. Just felt cheap for a $15 drink. Between the appetizer and entrees, the wait staff reset our table but kept giving us the play play on what they were doing when resetting our table with new silverware and that interrupted our conversation. We don’t need to know your laying down fresh steak knives. Just lay it down and walk away. Wait staff are mostly to be seen and not heard unless they are explaining a dish. We ordered two filet mignons for our entrees. Mine was cooked med rare but my wife’s was under cooked. They brought out the wrong side dish, and when they took my wife’s steak back, after recooking it, they completely forgot to bring her original side dish back. When they brought out our shared side dish they said “enjoy” but my wife had no plate to eat on as they had taken her under cooked entree away. When they did bring her entree and side dish back it was completely wrong and it wasn’t even our server who brought it back. Again, it wasn’t even lost in translation. You could say the whole evening was comical. Not loosing sleep over any of it but to pay $400 for two people, including a 20% tip and to get that type of service seems bad. Again, super friendly staff. Just missed the mark. And we aren’t usually picky people. My buddy went here two weeks earlier and said it was also sub par. Good workers are hard to come by these days.

Seated at 6:30, slow to take drink orders, slow to take appetizers, slow to take main course order. PRIME RIB came out rare, medium rare, ordered medium. AT 8:30. TOOK IT BACK AND BASICALLY PUT IT UNDER A HEAT LAMP. CAME BACK SAME. Was not impressed with with the meal. Party of 4 professionals, all agreed.
