We came here for thanksgiving buffet. The hotel looked nice and the restaurant very clean, the food was tasty and there was good selection. My only complaint is a lot of the food was cold, the fish, the sweet potato and in general none felt hot most just warm. I think that needs to be improved. It was a good night out and I may be back!

This was not worth $75.00 ., The Turkey was dry and the Dressing ( Stuffing ) was very salty , Mashed Potatoes were cold I have been to the Easter Brunch and we loved it , I would not come back for Thanksgiving , Not worth the money for the quality of food.

2nd time in three years attending this buffet. Turkey and ham were delicious. Excellent traditional stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese (excellent), assorted breads, rolls desserts etc. Not extravagant but all delicious choices. At $75 per adult, definitely an excellent choice. Nice atmosphere in the Marriott World, get your valet parking validated at the restaurant cashier. Service was spot on as well, and never felt crowded.

I have dined here more times than I cared to remember always at a large convention that happens in August. Because this is the most convenient option, they definitely don’t focus on quality of food service or value. It’s absurd to pay $50 for a lunch buffet that is mediocre. And this does not include any beverages except for coffee. What is so frustrating is that the hotel knows this large convention comes every year for 20+ years and every year they failed to adequately staff their kitchen or servers to accommodate this crowd. I can’t recommend this place for that reason but I’m sure I will die there again in the future Because the options are so limited on this property

Unfortunately, the food was no where near as good as when I was there visiting in March. Breakfast buffet pretty pricey for the quality. I will say the oatmeal was delicious, and their coffee Is fresh tasting. We had a chopped Turkey BLT for lunch earlier in our stay there at the Marriott and it was very good. So, we thought that would be safe to get again a few days later and it was horrible. So, no consistency. I feel like all the restaurants are in a delicate dilemma for staff the wait was 20-60 minutes and more than 1/2 the restaurant was empty. That spoke volumes, three people were at the hostess station, that could have help out on the floor with tables. (Just my thoughts)

Server was excellent, friendly and accommodating. After the kitchen made an error, she took it upon herself to adjust our bill. As the customer I appreciated her doing so even though I didn’t expect it. Excellent customer service!!! Entire staff was very friendly.

Pricey food and not much to select from for lunch. Buffet had a lot to select from but as I said, super pricey.

My reservation was for 11:30 and when I arrived at 11:26, Alex the manager quite rudely told me I would have to leave and “line up” at 11:30 because they were still serving breakfast and people were still coming in for breakfast. When I returned and was seated, Monica was thankfully quite pleasant and helpful thus making up for the initial experience.

I must say we did enjoy the food; we did breakfast twice and lunch at L&L; but the best part was the staff... I guess great staff can help make a good meal, a great dining experience. Shout out to Drummond, Luz, Nicalus, and Latifa for providing impeccable service! We will be back, only hope you all with still be around to enhance the dining experience. Cheers!
