   Shabu has vaulted into one of our “go to” favorites in Park City this past year. Food and ambiance are great, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. We particularly like the hot rock Wagyu and the blistered beans.

   Excellent food! Yellowtail jalapeño, pot stickers. Nigiri salmon, albacore, maguro. Hot rock 50/50. Chicken karage. Fast and excellent service! Great sake Hakutsuru bottle great value. Restaurant is always full! Hard to get a reservation, but totally worth it! Our favorite restaurant in PC.

   Food, service, and ambiance were outstanding. The only issue that detracted from the entire experience was all the smoke from the hot stone dinners all through the restaurant. They must be great, but there was no ventilation in the restaurant. Smoke filled everything. Our clothes smelled like smoked meat. So much that it detracted from the taste of our own food. They opened the back door in the kitchen, which helped. But they have to know this happens all the time. Fix the ventilation in the dining area.

   Miso cod amazing. The pone was excellent. Firecracker shrimp also wonderful. 12 years of visiting Shabu and they don’t disappoint.

   Food was great! Service was fast. However it is very loud!!! Hard to talk to people at your own table. Tables are so close together it is hard to move around. We loved dinner however it was hard to enjoy with the overall ambiance being too loud. Go there if you want a club vibe not a nice relaxing dinner

   Make a reservation in advance if you can. This restaurant gets jam packed and can be loud, but it’s a fun vibe. Easy to try a variety of dishes & share (all delicious). We especially love their Bibimbap!
