Me and my family went for the Mother’s Day brunch, which was $89 per person. The ambience and they set up was very lovely, but the fact that they only had two meats to pick from besides bacon and sausage was ridiculous for that price. Not to mention the meats were cold.

We’ve been to SER a dozen times. Typically amazing food. Amazing service. Mother’s Day was a little rough on the service side. However, the manager came by and asked how we were doing. I was honest that the service was a little weird today. He quickly fixed that. Things turned around quickly. I actually wonder if there was confusion about who was responsible for tables since the format was buffet style. Great save. Kudos to the mgmt. love this place.

It is a lovely restaurant, but the brunch buffet menu on Mother’s Day had the poorest selection of any brunch buffet that I have attended. I won’t be returning.

We were incredibly let down by the Mother’s Day brunch. The menu featured basic items you could find at Golden Corral—definitely not worth the premium price. No complimentary mimosa for moms, which felt like a huge miss on such a special occasion. We were required to prepay upon entry, with gratuity already added, and weren’t allowed to keep a tab open at the bar—each drink had to be paid for immediately, which was frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, the food wasn’t even prepared by the restaurant’s own chef or kitchen crew—it was handled by hotel staff. For a $500 bill, we expected a far better experience. Sadly, this was a complete waste of money.

OVERALL: Amazing experience for a Mother's Day brunch at such a special place like SER (Former Nana). They were busy taking the reservations but quick and friendly. They gave us a complimentary pool pass which we will use in a couple of weeks. Thank you! My 12-year-old daughter LOVED the brownies and most of the pastries. She tried the strawberries with the liquid chocolate AND the marshmallows with the pink chocolate. I did too! Kudos to the variety of items, some of them surprising (quinoa pancakes, anyone?) I indulge in the striploin, a little bit rare for my taste but I had three pieces. Mac and cheese carbonara style... decadent! Loved it! I finished my brunch with cheeses, cured meats and smoked salmon yummy. The piano player added joy and ambience to the whole experience. It was crowded, but never felt like you were going to bump into other customers. My only critique would be that if I needed alcohol I was told to go to the bar (not sure why they couldn't bring the drink to me) so I choose to drink OJ but I didn't get a refill. We would definitely do this again, for another special occasion. I loved to expose my daughter to different places and SER definitely was on the top of my list.

For a place of this caliber I would expect that in their carving station, there would be more choices rather than serving just two kinds of protein. Also, the server did not attend to us and when we asked for coffee they took forever to bring it. The dirty plates were pilling and no one to attend to us. We were greatly disappointed in their brunch and definitely not going back for the brunch part.

Our recent dining experience at Ser Steakhouse was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone—sophisticated yet welcoming, with elegant lighting and a modern, upscale design that made us feel immediately at ease. The space struck a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, creating the ideal setting for a memorable evening. Chef Aubrey Murphy’s culinary expertise was evident in every bite. Our party of 4 was served 2 different cuts of fine steaks, prawns and chicken, all prepared to absolute perfection. The prawns were fresh, flavorful, and delicately seasoned, while the chicken was tender, juicy, and bursting with rich, layered flavors. Each dish was beautifully plated, showcasing not just Chef Murphy’s skill but also a deep respect for the ingredients. It was clear that care and precision went into every detail of the meal. Equally impressive was the service provided by Marcus and Tristian. Both were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive without being intrusive. They made sure our experience flowed seamlessly from start to finish, anticipating our needs and offering thoughtful recommendations. Their genuine hospitality enhanced an already stellar evening. We left Ser Steakhouse thoroughly impressed and eager to return. Well done, Chef Aubrey Murphy and Team.
