   Originally sat in bar, requested relocation due to noise interference with celebration dinner and was accommodated without issues. Greatly appreciated, Ashland and all other staff were awesome! By everyone wishing her a happy birthday it made the entire experience more special for her! Thank you all, see you again soon.

   First of all, I went there for the mushroom soup, which is no longer there for this season so I tried the white bean Tuscan soup. I think it should be renamed minestrone because it was really hard to even find a white bean and it was not the color I expected, but I must say it was absolutely delicious. It just needs a new name. I always order the trout and it is usually good this time. It was so overcooked it tasted like chicken and since I don’t use the sauces that they put on the plate to cover up the taste I could really tell that it was dried out. I got three lemons and I survived eating it. I did not send it back because my husband would’ve been mortified having to wait for a new dinner. They took it off the menu, but that’s not what I wanted. I want the chef to know and the manager to know that the chef was not paying attention to how long he cooked trout it does not take long to cook, trout or shrimp, and it should be watched very carefully. If I had not been with my impatient husband, I would’ve sent it back so the chef would know luckily I enjoyed the soup tremendously.

   Our server Rae made sure we were comfortable, felt welcome and had plenty of time! The food was wonderful and the environment is lovely.

   I have written several reviews as a regular at Seasons 52. This evening a friend took me out for wine and flatbread. We sat at my favorite table, had the spring artichoke flatbread (just outstanding!) and a wonderful 9 oz portion of Benton Lane pinot noir. Just a perfect break with wonderful service and conversation. Highly recommend!
