   The food was excellent, the service was very good. The problem was that Seasons 52 overbooked for the Thanksgiving meal. All reservations were running at least an HOUR past the reservation time. That’s unacceptable. I go to Seasons 52 on a regular basis basis and will continue to do that. I will never book a Thanksgiving reservation there again.

   We were seated an hour later than our reservations. I get it that it was Thanksgiving but management needs to figure this out…..we had older members in our party (over 80) that were standing outside for an hour…..unacceptable!! This was our second year booking and we might have to reconsider our reservations for next year………terrible experience!

   We arrived on Thanksgiving for our 4:15 reservation and there were lots of people standing and waiting in the front of the restaurant. When we checked in, we were given a pager and told there would be a 30 minute wait for a table. It was packed and people just kept coming in and being told there was a 30 minute wait. After 45 minutes we inquired if we were getting close to being seated and were told it would be shortly. The service was slow, but we could see that everyone was working very hard and quickly to serve everyone. They were clearly overbooked and we will never return on Thanksgiving again. On a positive note, the food was delicious, as always.

   My 5th time for Thanksgiving and the 1st time have had to wait over an hour! Just too packed! Food still fabulous and service and value . wonderful! One of my favorite places!

   It was total chaos. Arrived at 305p for my 315p reservation. There were so many people standing around it was hard for me to get in the restaurant. Was told by others they were very behind in reservations. Checked in and hostess apologized saying would be 25-30 minutes. It was 55 min when the beeper went off. The bar was crazy and people were hovering and practically jumping in seats when people got up. We were lucky to get seats at the bar and had our food when the beeper buzzed. The Thanksgiving meal was very good and plentiful. The butter fish was also excellent. Service at the bar was good. Will think twice about going on a holiday as Easter was the same. They need a better system on holidays.

   We dined on Thanksgiving day. I will start with the food service and all interactions with the staff were great. With that said there were numerous issues. We had a 3:15 reservation and were told we would be seated 15- 30 minutes late. It was actually a full hour late. I ordered a bottle of Chablis that was served at room temperature. That is on me as I should have sent it. I kept it and eventually got it to temp in the ice bucket. It should have never been presented like this. While enjoying our soup squash and lobster bisque (both very good) our main meal was attempted to be served. This is supposed to be fine dining. Courses are to be paced. I know the restaurant was slammed but that is no excuse for rushed service. When my main meal was served there were no yams as was advertised. Apparently you ran out?? I was not told this they were just omitted from the plate. I had to ask to be told there were none. All in all a very unsatisfying experience. A restaurant of your caliber needs to be better than this. We have dined here before and enjoyed the experience. I’m not sure we will be back.

   Arrived at 3pm to check in for 3:15 reservation, party of 2. No parking available, had to park down the street at a different shopping center lot. Restaurant had huge crowd and long line just to checkin. We were told our reservation would be 20-25 minutes later, waited a half hour and checked in, told we would be seated n a few minutes, only 2 parties ahead of us, 45 minutes later still not seated and asked the hostess again who said just another 5 minutes. Finally seated, Emma our server was great. Food came out wrong had yo wait got dinner to be re-done and then our thanksgiving dinners arrived without the sweet potatoes advertised in the menu. After asking we were told they ran out. No substitute or discount offered. We were seated in bar area that was extremely loud and tons of people standing. Won’t be back. Food was nothing special.

   S52 for T-day has been our family tradition for 3 years. But today it was over crowded and we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. Out waitress Patty was delightful and a manager Laura helpful in understanding the over crowding. The turkey dinner was tasty but dry. While the Caymus flight saved the day. Next year we’re reconsidering where we celebrate Thanksgiving.

    Thanksgiving day meal. They were so mobbed and we waited nearly an hour past our reservation time. The food was good but not hot.
