   Autumn was such a delight. She was friendly, explained the menu and suggested some of her favorites. The food was great, annnnnnnd they had sweet potatoes.

   We had reservations for 6pm and weren’t seated until about 6:30. It was Thanksgiving and they had already run out of sweet potatoes. We waited about 10 minutes after sitting down to be greeted and our drink order taken, I had to ask the server for the table next to us if he could find out which server was assigned to us. A few minutes later a server came by and introduced herself and took our drink and appetizer order which she never put in. Awhile later the server we had asked to help us find our server said he was actually supposed to be our waiter and that our previous server hadn’t put our order in. We eventually got our food with lots missing items and were never checked on until dessert was inquired about. What a disappointment as we frequent a Seasons 52 in Virginia and the service is always great there.

   It really looked like the restaurant over booked for the holiday. So many people waiting around and the service was lacking.

   The food was excellent & our waiter “Christopher Robin” was great as well. Noting that it was a holiday (Thanksgiving) the wait time for our reservation was not bad & the service wasn’t slow either. Very impressed.
