    Three people at table had the scallops and they were chilly when delivered by runner. Server took them back. They came back hot and then very good. The manager came over to make sure all was ok. Perfect that he did that. Have been here many times and will continue to go back again.

    This is the first time that I am writing a negative review about Seasons 52. When we arrived and first sat down at our table we were waiting over 15 minutes and a server never arrived. I had to look for a manager and asked why this is happening. He checked and then a few minutes later a server arrived out of breath saying no one told her that this was her table. Problem solved. We ordered and my husband's salmon was raw in the middle. We told the server and she brought it back to the kitchen. The same piece arrived ten minutes later and it was still raw inside. At this point we asked for a manager. He apologized and said there no excuse and was going to get a completely new dinner. About 20 minutes later a new dinner arrived and the salmon was fresh and cooked. Finally. When dinner was finished and the server asked if we wanted dessert we said yes. I asked how come the candle was never and she said they were all supposed to be lit by someone else. After everything we had been through you would think she would have accommodated us for this one simple task, but no. I hope that Seasons will not be lowering their standards as we have been customers for many years. Carolina knows me personally and have been treated with kindness and respect.

    Great experience, restaurant was fully packed for a Saturday night. They must be doing something right. Everyone enjoyed their food.

    Great food, great service, good value! I loved going to Seasons 52 in Ohio, but locations are limited in SW Florida, so it was great there was a location in Boca.
