   The outdoor patio area of dining is breathtaking. The server was attentive and genuine but a little slow. I think they may be understaffed imo. The food was good and the chef was accommodating regarding a dish modification. We would come back again. The hotel looks amazing

   We had a reservation for 6pm for a birthday (which was acknowledged by the host). We were put outside with no view or heaters, so opted to sit inside in the warmth with a better view. We had a guest with celiac, and part of the reason we came to this restaurant was because of the gluten free items noted on the menu. As it turns out, many of these items are not gluten free as they are written, and have to be modified. No specials were told to us. Our server didn't ask if we were celebrating anything. We waited so long for our server to come back to our table at one point that we had to go to the bar to order our own drinks. I had the pork duet, and it was flavorless. No spices on the meat at all. The tacos were decent. The elote was very good. Overall, especially with the prices charged, we were extremely disappointed in our experience.

   Aopetizers and drinks were great, entrees were decent. Service was horrendous- we sat for 15 minutes before our waiter came over. It seemed like he was avoiding us and we ended up ordering entrees from one of the runners. Entrees arrived after we were there for an hour. The restaurant wasn’t crowded by any means so I’m not sure why service took forever. Luckily they took 20% off the check for the wait, which is the only reason i gave 2 stars and not 1. Would not recommend/go back.

   Great service. Excellent view on the outdoor patio. Heaters kept us Cosy and warm. The food was delicious. We will eat here again.

   Great food and service. Our waiter Alejandro was amazing. Wonderful ambience and great food presentation. We enjoyed the fire and some drinks out by the fire after dinner. Highly recommend!!

   We sat outside (with heat lamps) and had the most amazing view of the mountains. The kids meals were extremely reasonable. The service was excellent and the dishes were delicious.

   Amazing experience! Best views, warm heaters/ fires everywhere, and they even offered blankets. Food was also incredible! So grateful we dined here!

   Servers were amazing the space is stunning …. Could have done without someone lighting a joint possibly from one of the surrounding room’s balcony .. and wafting the whole area with that stench as we were about to eat.. I would also have thought that a southwest kitchen charging $14 for guacamole would have amazing fresh and flavourful guac.. while there are many great choices to pick from this is not one of them don’t waste your money .. the base was either those pre packaged and preserved avocados mashed up or like a wholly guacamole type substance that had no flavour or texture …

   Hi Heather, Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry your experience wasn't the best yesterday regarding certain menu items and the ambience wasn't fully up to par. I will touch base with our executive chef to see if the guacamole has changed in anyway, almost always is it one of our best sellers.    Although difficult to get to the location at the bottom of a steep hill, the view of the Red Rocks on the patio is outstanding. But don’t order the Cubano sandwich. The meat was very fatty and grizzly. And don’t order the Beet Chips thinking it is a healthy alternative. They are deep fried.

    Overall the food was passable but not memorable. The smash burger isn’t a smash burger, it’s two patties. The birria tacos were a rip off. Two folded tacos for $20. The BLT was amateur. Guacamole and streetcorn apps were the only notable items. Service was spotty, server assistant was more attentive than our server.
