Salitre Meson Costero is a full-service restaurant located steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Our specialty is local fresh seafood plus prime meats and a wide variety of small plates (Tapas). We showcase the largest selections of wines and a full-service private bar overlooking the ocean. The Atlantic Ocean is just steps for our terrace or if you prefer you can relax in our air-conditioned dining room with a spectacular view of the ocean. We are located minutes away from local tourist’s attractions like The Arecibo Observatory, Rio Camuy Caves, Arecibo Lighthouse, Cueva del Indio among others. Helicopter tours available with a stopover for lunch or dinner.

This is my favorite restaurant in Puerto Rico. I look forward to the menu of fresh fish and appetizers. We will always dine here on every trip to Puerto Rico.

Lo unico fue que reserve por internet y cuando llegue al rest. La reservacion no existia, por suerte no estaba muy lleno y nos consiguieron una mesa rapido.

Servicio impecable. Las chicas que sirven tratan de que estés satisfecho en todo momento. Servicio cortes , rapido y eficiente. Comida sabrosa y bien presentada. Ambiente sencillo y agradable. Un tipico meson de costas.

Outstanding food and service topped with an incredible view! We were in town visiting family and had heard so many great things about Salitre -- it did not disappoint. We'll be sure to come back next time around. Do yourself a favor and check out this gem that is Salitre Meson Costero!

Great experience. Went for Anniversary Dinner. I do not eat seafood at all!!! My boyfriend made me try coconut shrimp sooo good!!! He also had me try mahi mahi sticks rhey literally tastes like chicken fingers. My boyfriend enjoyed his mofongo made from yuca with shrimp. I truly enjoyed my arroz con habichuelas y churrasco. Our waitress Ely was the nicest. Passion fruit Margaritas Drinks were great. Dessert was delicious. Definitely going back!!! Thanks Salitre!!!
