Knowing the restaurant is popular and can get loud, and having my hard of hearing 83 year old father in our party, I booked dinner at 4 pm. We had perfect service from drinks to apps to meals to dessert. Cooper's Hawk Sarasota is a family favorite. We always reserve a table on the early side and find the service as attentive and food as perfectly prepared as we do during peak hours. Highly recommend early wine tasting and meals!

Excellent dining experience! Service was top notch, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The mushroom bisque was the best, followed by the rare ahi tuna entree! 5 stars on the entire dining experience!!!
