Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

The steak is the best we have had in the desert since we have been here. We have been here 17 years and had not gone back to Ruth Chris for a while because they pushed a sauce for the steak and ruined it. This time no additions asked and it was excellent!

All aspects of our experience exude attention to detail. This was the best of our three previous visits. Can’t decide what was better, the food or the service. Let’s call it a draw. Great place to enjoy a superb dining experience before a musical show in the Cascade Lounge.

Great service, great food. Always a wonderful experience with Josh, the manager. He runs a great restaurant he is always so welcoming to everyone and takes the time to say hello. Moses the asst manger is so friendly and accommodating. Rocky the waiter is a wonderful server and very friendly. Great overall experience.

For three decades the name Riccio has been synonymous with fine dining in the desert. Richard and Patricia Riccio set the bar for outstanding Italian cuisine 40 years ago when they opened the original Riccio’s in uptown Palm Springs. Two of their sons, eager to carry on the family tradition, last spring unveiled Riccio’s Steak and Seafood with a new menu concept in a higher profile location downtown. Service and personal attention have been the Riccio’s hallmark and they pledge to continue this tradition.
