Oh my goodness where do I begin. The moment I walked into the building I felt like I had stepped into another time. A time of class. A time when things just made sense. The service was incredible and my table and myself were treated like absolute royalty. The drinks were phenomenal and the food was to die for! I will be back again and again and I cannot recommend Take Five bistro enough. I dreamt of the croquets in my sleep.

The waitress, Maria, was fantastic, explained menu options, suggestions and recommendations Came to our to make sure everything was good. The food presentation was excellent and prepared in a 5 star manner. The chocolate lava cake was the best we ever tasted.***** We loved the oysters and dry ribs. The restaurant has a lovely decor.

This has to be one of the best steak and seafood experiences in a long time. It was my birthday and staff have my family and I a very warm birthday welcome. Our server, Daniel was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He made amazing dinner and dessert recommendations. Our sommelier was bang on with the Spanish wine to complement our meal. The ambiance is very fresh and modern maple , leather and brass with Japanese and Scandinavian accents.. Matty Matheson truly created an amazing culinary experience.

Everything was great for our get together-the food was delicious (we all ordered a different meal), the service impeccable. The only downside was the noise. It was SO loud, we really couldn’t talk, which was the point of our luncheon.

Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. We had a Holiday celebration for a group of six and couldn’t have chosen a better place! The appetizers were amazing. Best sushi platter ever and both the filet mignon and the sirloin were melting in our mouths. For dessert, we ordered profiteroles and it was beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend Blue Bovine, as it’s now one of my favourites!
