Harvester Kitchen is a contemporary restaurant with a focus on the time-honored belief of warm, welcoming hospitality. Harvester Kitchen by Bryan is located in downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) on 6th Street, near Phillips Avenue, with sunset views of the iconic Old Courthouse clock tower. The windowed loft-style space is in the historic Harvester Building. The restaurant is a scenic 1/2-mile walk from the impressive Falls Park and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River. Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, and Vespa Catering and Brix Wine Bar in 2022, they have created a culture of hospitality for guests who feel like family. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and moved to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. Marybeth, born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, moved to Boston to be a nanny and went to Somerville School of Nursing. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon. We had a beautiful evening! I order salmon often, but this was easily the best salmon I had ever had! My husband thought the same. The gnocchi on which the salmon was served was beautifully done, and the cream sauce had just enough spice. The caramelization on the salmon was perfect, and it was thick enough to have been a pork chop! Our server was an absolute delight! My husband had pistachio gelato as a dessert and absolutely loved it !

Excellent food! Steak was perfect! Ambiance is outstanding, i did not realize that deadwood had such a fine dining establishment. Prices were appropriate for the overall high quality food, service and experience. Will return!

We believe in supporting our local artisans and staying connected to our Black Hills community. At a time when the area is growing and expanding, we are striving to keep the flavor of the region alive.

Inspired by the history of this area, both the aesthetics of the building and the diversity of the menu are true to our local roots, something no nation-wide franchise can duplicate. Certainly, there are other steakhouses out there, but none like ours.

From the first design to the actual construction, we have focused on creating a balance between upscale dining and a casual atmosphere-crafting a chic steakhouse where the kids are welcome too.
