Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Having eaten here a few weeks ago with a friend, I came again with 4 more friends. We all agreed it is a truly outstanding restaurant on all fronts. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, food is excellent, all in a relaxing atmosphere. We sat in the window with the sun shining on Pendle Hill and all agreed it was the best food experience we’d experienced in a long time. Subtle and classy Xmas decorations for the festive season. First class.

Since our transformation and reopening in the summer of 2009, we have created a loyal clientele and a genuine home-from-home atmosphere. Flag stone floors, walls in muted heritage colours, antique rugs and furniture, period paintings and prints all unite to create a stylish and comfortable setting. We had a fabulous meal here today. There was 8 friends who like to eat out on a regular basis. The food was absolutely gorgeous, I definitely recommend the beef steak. I tried the cauliflower starter to try something different and it was so tasty. Everything was perfect, the food, staff everything. We loved the pianist who made our afternoon very pleasant. We would recommend the white tower to anyone.

My best friend and I go out once a month for a meal and we nearly always end up here as nothing changes. The quality, staff, value is always 100 percent. Highly recommend but you must book in advance

Blackpool has so many fantastic places to eat, but our delightful Palm Court restaurant is the place for a sumptuous, relaxing dinner. The Victorian dining room is full of grandeur and our restaurant team always go that little bit further to make serving a meal a magical experience.

The views in the restaurant are spectacular, with sweeping vistas across the Fylde coast and the occasional heritage tram tootling by. Diners can soak in the scenery while enjoying fine dining from the table d’hôte menu that changes quarterly, according to the seasons.

We also have a range of daily specials, with our chefs using locally sourced produce whenever possible to ensure that only the best and freshest ingredients are used.
