   That bartender Dawn was the most rudest person I have encountered at a restaurant. Instead of politely explaining that the bar was very busy she very nastily told me she could not wait on me at this time and I would have to wait to get a drink. What a wonderful Thanksgiving experience said no one.  The weight would be 20+ minutes at the bar for her to lift a finger and serve our family while she was taking care of other customers that have arrived after us.  the other bartender stepped up and took our order. It really puts you in a bad situation when your first introduction to the restaurant is a very rude, obnoxious privileged bartender that thinks she’s better than everyone else and cannot even say happy Thanksgiving, I’m so sorry we’re backed up, Just give me a few minutes and I’ll take care of you. Lesson learned - it only takes one bad apple to ruin a customers experience Ruth Chris. This is not up to your expectations management needs to deal with this person immediately.  Our table server Jesse was wonderful. He made up for a bad situation. He immediately apologized for the wait, wished us happy Thanksgiving and went on his way doing his wonderful job taking care of our table. If it wasn’t for him the experience would have been horrible again, Ruth chris please, make sure your bartenders are up to speed and meet with the original service and standards that this restaurant was born in bread with in New Orleans, Louisiana where  customer service is number one and a snarl and bad attitude is unacceptable.

   Thanksgiving Turkey was the best so far compared to strip steak , mortons . Meat was sizzling as usual . Never disappoints. Sweet potato soufflé is my family’s Great service ! Great night !

   A Great place to eat Thanksgiving feast when not serving a huge crowd.. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the service was GREAT! Best of all, no dirty roasting platters, pans, or dishes to wash.

   Ribeye tender and cooked perfectly and the 3 crab cakes in butter tasted good. Sides are okay. We love their chocolate flourless cake which is hard to find anywhere. Service is unodstusive…we are well taken care of.

   Last night, I had an exceptional dining experience at Ruth’s Chris in Hawaii. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food?    Serving and food were good, but the seating was hectic next to the exit and the overly casual customers ruined the atmosphere However, Chris, the waiter, did an excellent job of being considerate

   The food came out great. The salads and entrees here are delicious. Our server Mark took really good care of us. He would help us throughout the dining experience and made sure we got whatever we needed. Mark refilled our drinks multiple times, made good suggestions on the menu and came by to make sure things was good. I hope we get him again in the future.

    友達夫婦と4人で行って、トマホークとフィレステーキ、サラダ、バーベキューシュリンプ、マッシュポテトを頼みました。4人とも50代後半ですので、十分な量でした。どれも最高で、特にお肉は柔らかくて、脂が少なく美味でした。マッシュポテトもガーリック風味で美味しかったです。店の雰囲気も良くスタッフのサービスも親切でした。
