First of all, our server was fantastic and we had great food! We come here because we feel like the food is worth the price. This is fine dining and feel like the service should be as well. Me and my husband have been here multiple times. We loved our server Lea and several other servers there. We visited this holiday weekend and was not impressed with the hosts. They were the first people we seen and several were very rude despite the quality of this restaurant. The host by the name Keisha was very disrespectful to me and my wife. We decided we would give her some grace but she continued to show herself and attitude with other people. Very rude and disrespectful and mumbling under her breath about people she sat before us. When she took us to a table my wife and I politely declined because we had these reservations made month in advance and prefer a booth. We like privacy and did not want to sit next to the bar at a high top table. She became visibly upset and told us we would have to go “ to the back of the line”. I told her we do not mind waiting and she became more angry. Returning us to the front and stating “who is next? These people don’t want this table we offered them.” We did not mention this to the manager. Our server was fantastic and we know it is not only the host that go into a restaurant but people behind the scene. Food was fantastic and for being a busy time came faster than expected. Our server “the twins” were fantastic! Just might consider a different attitude for someone ,who is the first face and greeting you come to see and hear, at a place you pay $120 for a good porterhouse.

I only had crab cakes very bland wasn’t at all worth the price taste like they just caught the crab and put it on a plate, our waitress Laurie was wonderful, kind of the food doesn’t taste ally all like it use to be are how I remember from a year ago I go to Ruth Chris every year I’ve never had bad food maybe a little loud but the food was always good this time 2025 Feb 14 not at all the food wasn’t on point my husband steak was fatty and bloody, no condiments was offered for the food and it was very much needed

Wonderful experience for our first time. Our waiter was wonderful! I got the petite filet medium with truffle butter and it was wonderful melt in your mouth. My boyfriend got the New York strip medium and this was a little dry We believe it would have been better medium rare due to the steaks coming out on a hot plate. But overall it was a wonderful experience.m!!
