    The server, Emiliano, was excellent. The rest of it was poor. Bathrooms were not clean - missing toilet paper as well. Mistakes with the food that was delivered. The menus were stained and ripped.

    This was another round for my wife and I. We visit on our wedding anniversary each year and this one was not an exception. The meal was outstanding. They were running behind which was explained to us before the meal. It west never in a hurry on this celebration. Yes, the meal took a bit longer than usual but it was so worth the wait. We starting with the stuffed mushrooms, salad’s, fillets served Oscar style, side of au gratin potatoes and finished w/ bread pudding. We also had a few old fashioned before the meal.  Service was great. Always enjoy our time there.

    We were celebrating our daughter's 40th birthday at Ruth's Chris as we had celebrated her 18th. Our service was abominable! Our server was nice but not "on it". We waited and waited for EVERYTHING. It was a crapshoot as to whether we'd get whatever we requested or not. More bread, lemons (nope), another glass of wine, etc. All that would have been bad enough, but other tables around us were being well taken care of by others servers and staff. They were being served drinks and food and we were not! Ridiculous. When we finally got our food, the lobster tails were burnt and dried out. Terrible. I am appalled at the level of service and food.

    Great food and drinks, and an enjoyable ambience. Felt the service could've been better. We waited way too long in between server stops and ended up being in the restaurant a total of two hours. I don't feel that should ever happen. Plus we waited a long time for the food to arrive (app and all entrees) after placing the order.

    We celebrated our 37th anniversary at Ruth's Chris, each choosing the Ruth's Classics. The steaks were perfect, the Caesar salad done very well, and the onion soup quite good. Unfortunately, our server forgot us once he served the main course. We had to wait and wait for our dessert. He did not ask if we would like coffee with our dessert and did not fill our water glasses once. I know he was not too busy, because he had time to chat and joke with the table of four next to us. This is the first time we had poor service here, so maybe we just chose a bad table.

    We sat on the patio and they only had 1server for the whole patio. She did her best, but service was not good. However, the food was fantastic

    We were greeted and seated immediately! Drinks followed shortly and everyone was very attentive! Steaks were perfect and everything added to a fantastic evening!
