    The steaks are always excellent here. Five stars. I didn't give 5 stars overall for food, because the sides (spinach, potatoes) are simply good--but not something special. The server and busser were phenomenal, and it was a busy day. Kudos. We've enjoyed Christmas dinner at Ruth's Chris for many years now, and we'll continue to return for the consistently great service and steaks.

    Our first time trying Ruth Chris for Christmas today. The service was great to include the drinks but that's all. The steaks were surprisingly disappointing,I got the filet which lacked in flavor and had no sear or color. My wife got the crab surf and turf which also lacked in flavor and the presentation was poor. We both ordered the steaks medium Rare but were over cooked. Maybe the kitchen had a off day due to the holiday crowd but for the price we Expected more.

    Our server Eric was fantastic for our Christmas Day lunch! Armando was also very attentive. The tomahawk ribeye, sides & cocktails were spot on. Thanks!

    When I made the reservation, I asked for a table with a view of the bay. But when I arrived, I had to wait more than 20 minutes and they gave me a table behind the bar, in a bad location. In addition, the hosts were disorganized. Only Jeremy The waiter gave us very good service.

    Received a welcome Merry Christmas greeting and then was seated at a very nice table with a view of the San Diego bay. Service was excellent and food was especially very good!

    Steak and lobster and drinks and mashed potatoes and dessert and service were all excellent. The mac and cheese had to be sent back due to it being dry and not very cheesy. Then we received the potato’s au gratin. Surprisingly those were also not great. The potatoes were cubed rather than Sliced thin and that made a difference. I didn’t like that. Would dine again!
