    We often eat at Ruth's Chris to celebrate special occasions. This was my wife's birthday and we were unable to book at the Woodland Hills location. The restaurant was severely over booked. Tables every possible space. Ours was in the center of the central corridor and blocked the access to nearby booths. We soldiered through the experience although I could not hear those in my party that were not sitting next to me. Servers had to hold trays over our heads while trying to squeeze through while guests at the booths were annoyed with us because of us. The server was very polite and tried to help us make the best of the situation. After the mean I went up to the desk to complain because I did not want to spoil the evening for our guests. Antonio Market, Manager, was dismissive as I complained. I asked if I could speak with Linda Jordan. He said she was "busy." I told him I would write a negative review. He didn't seem to care. Worst time ever. Would appreciate a refund for the entire check.

    Ruths' is one of my most favorite places in Pasadena to dine, I wish they were open for lunch more often. The service is always on point, Victor B. was our server today and his attention to detail and his warm welcoming smile were much appreciated. My brussel sprouts and lobster mac & cheese were wonderful as always, and I don't go there without getting the sweet potato casserole! Thanks Linda (Gn. Mgr.) for keeping Ruths' in the above and beyond status.

    They always overcook the steaks. Medium rare is medium plus at Ruth’s Chris. They pile on the seasoning which helps but still overcooked.
