   So it’s a steakhouse, obviously had to try the steak— phenomenal! Only seasoned with salt and pepper but so so flavorful. Next, the stuffed chicken was mandatory. So very good, seasoned beautifully and packed with cheese and herbs— sublime. Also the roast on the skin added a welcomed crunchy texture contrast. Rounded out with the lobster mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Noodles could have been seasoned more and the lobster was a little underwhelming— more like a minced topping than chunks. Mash was great, tip— ask for shaved parm to throw on top. Sprouts disappointed a bit for me cause they weren’t cooked through like I prefer, although my date loved em so it depends on preference whether you like them with a bit more bite or a more soft texture. Lastly, cheesecake was a 1000% go!

   Rude greeting staff at the front door and we had a reservation. The woman at the front with glasses at the reservation computer was arrogant and not friendly, nor welcoming and the woman who tried to seat us in the very back of the restaurant was very unpleasant. There were several open tables but the staff upfront was unprofessional and rude and wanted to give us a hard time even though we have been going to Ruth’s Chris all over for decades and had a reservation beforehand, and they had us wait awhile and it was not a packed restaurant. Only the bar was full and we weren’t going in to the bar, only the main restaurant which was very open. Had to ask for the manager at the front because the service was so poor in trying to be seated for our table. Premium service was not delivered unfortunately.

   My fiance and I always come to Ruth Chris for the most part and other steak house. This time it just wasn’t a good experience at all. First time they wanted to sit us right next to someone that the table was so close. Like touching elbows close lol I was like oh no like why in the world would someone even sit someone and so many other openings. And then when asked to change the seat they sat us next the kitchen lol. I wanted to ask to be changed again but I didn’t want to be annoying or bother the staff cause when I asked the girl already she seemed like ugh fine type of attitude and I didn’t need anyone messing with my food! Sitting next to the kitchen was by far the worse ! Nothing but commotion it was hard for my partner and I to even hear each other! So many people walking back and forth. And to top it off my fiancé was super upset about how his steak came out. It was well done instead of medium (huge mess up). We had agreed to make it the best we can and just pick another location or another steak house. Spending too much money to have an experience like that is super upsetting.

   Food was terrible. Steak was raw and then came back well done. Waitress handled it well. I think they overbooked for Valentine’s Day.
