    The waiting for a table was very annoying and unbelievable. Just because they overbook the tables although you have a reservation you wait 45 minutes for your table. A booking should ensure that you have no wait time at all. Very disappointing.

    Even though we had to wait quite a bit to be seated, we were offered Prosecco for the inconvenience which was very nice. The food was delicious and our server John was outstanding.

    Been celebrating occasions at this location for years. Last experience wasn't good, but wanted to give them another try. My husbands NY Strip steak ordered medium came out raw in the middle. Instead of continuing to cook the steak, they replaced it, after 10 minutes. My meal was almost done. The second steak was still only cooked to at best medium rare. when showed to manager, his response was its almost medium. Back to the kitchen and another wait. Can't believe we had a 2nd bad experience. in all fairness, they did not charge for my entree and threw in desserts, however the evenings goal was to enjoy a great dinner at a "fine" restaurant and that didn't happen. Not to say the server was not caring, but she didn't cook! This will be the last visit to this restaurant as it seems after the corporate buyout form Ruth Fertal, they no longer provide the quality I expect for the prices they charge.

    Brianna & Jason were excellent in their assistance to us. Thank you to Brianna for her patience while my wife took forever to choose a wine. Food was delicious. Been to the San Francisco RCSH but never this one previously.

    My hubby and I come here every year for Christmas Eve and we had a lovely time! Our bartender was super friendly and attentive, food delicious, and ambiance perfect. Perfect Christmas Eve dinner

    I haven’t been to this restaurant in a long time and we had a gift card so we decided to give it a try. The interior looks like the old world steakhouses. The service was good except that I ordered a baked potato and I mentioned to them that the last time I was there which was at least a year ago the potato didn’t come out properly. He said the potatoes were good. He assured me but it did not come out properly. I had to send it back and then it was perfect. And a $13 for a potato I expected to be perfect and they advertise it as a pound potato that was not a pound potato not a big deal on that end for me This should not happen in a upscale steakhouse like this one. The steak was good and that wouldn’t come out just OK if it did they wouldn’t still be in business. There’s so many steakhouses around. This is just one of the old ones that’s trying to still move on. They do have valet parking. This was just a three star experience. And with as many steakhouses as there are, it should’ve been much more.
