   Great food. Terrible service. Waiter took order n we never saw the waiter again until we were ready to pay bill (almost an hour). Nobody checked on us when app or entree were served. We wanted steak sauce and sodas with or entree. Water glasses were empty multiple times while eating n that was only thing we were drinking. Finally had to ask a waiter to fill up our water glasses. They didn’t clear table between apps n entrees. Not acceptable at such a high end restaurant

   Food was excellent. Very disappointed in service. Reservation was for 8:30pm and we were seated at 9pm with no apologies. After being seated no one came over to our table for another 15-20 minutes. Didn’t received drink order for 45 minutes after we were seated and an hour and 15 minutes into our scheduled reservation time, again with no apologies. After voicing some frustration the rest of the meals service was satisfactory.

   Sims was our waiter. He took great care of of us! The Chopped Salad was a table favourite.

   We loved this restaurant. The food was excellent. We had the spicy lobster, lobster bisque, lamb chops, bone-in filet, mac & lobster, asparagus, and a cheese cake to share. I put Ruth’s Cris steakhouse, easily, in my top 3 steakhouses on the island. The portions were also generous. We couldn’t finish everything. Dario was an awesome waiter, was always attentive. We’ll be there again.

   Ruth’s Chris is a reliable but pricey restaurant located at the Marriott. Nice selection of dining options. I understand that it was just after New Year’s, but the restaurant was out of spinach, broccoli, and asparagus. Only Brussels sprouts were available, which my husband does not eat.

   Wating time angter the rsv set to long more than 30 min. Service was deficient and late, food ok, cheesecake really hard freeze almost.

   We had this reservation for months. We requested our waiter and double confirmed. They replied each time. There was an uncontrolled party going on - there were unruly entitled customers walking in asking for elitist request. We were overlooked because we weren’t complaining - and put at a table in the way. Thankfully our waiter we requested saw us and moved us. The woman out front has zero control - she never has. We’ve been here many times. And she’s rude. I guess complaining is the way to be respected…. But thankfully our friend and waiter Arnedo who is TOP NOTCH could see right thru the situation and helped make our experience 100 times better. Thank You, Arnedo. And thank you to the kitchen staff who never disappoint.
