Our server, Stephanie was fantastic. Super attentive but not intrusive. The food was great and the ambience lovely. This was our first time at Rustica, but we’ll definitely be back!

We have been to Rustica Restaurant and were very pleased with the quality of food in this beautiful location of Rockies. This time our family decided to book this restaurant to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The food was fairly good but i felt that for the price we paid it wasn’t anything above average. The steaks we ordered were just warm, they weren’t sizzling hot as should be expected. Our server got our order a bit mixed up, we all got mashed potatoes even though we ordered fingering potatoes etc. The salads came with the main meal instead as starters. Overall, decent food with a very expensive price tag.

Hi Yolanta, Sorry you were not totally satisfied with your food and service, unfortunately with the higher volume on New Years Eve, our server and culinary team were under higher pressure than normal and had some challenges keeping to the usual pace, however I am not making excuses, we expect to be kept to a high expectation at all times and while we strive for perfection at all times we occasionally hit a speed bump in the road, we will use your review to improve our quality and service , thanks again for taking the time to rate and review us .

Love retuning to Rustica for a special night out. The overall experience was driven by the always exceptional service and food. Our server Isabelle was attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great evening out for New Years Eve.

I went for Christmas dinner, it was a 3 course menu. I enjoyed the food and the server was very polite. Overall awesome experience.

Absolutely one of the best brunches iv been to lately. I’m a Banff local and love coming to silver tip in summer as my husband loves to golf there. It turns out winter brunch is just as lovely, live pianist, wood fire, incredible food and service! My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience and Merry Christmas
