   The food was ok, but it was cold. My husband got the chicken parm and I got ravioli. The service was slow, and we were not offered a second drink.

   Excellent authentic Italian experience. I could eat the pasta I ordered every day it was that good.

   They sat us down in the basement with tacky blue lighting (even though we made the res weeks in advance), to listen to plates being thrown around in the kitchen. Plate was a gray veal cutlet and a bunch of red slop with water oozing out. We’ve been there before and its usually better, but we had a pretty bad experience this time

   Went here because reviews were positive. Absolutely wrong. Walked in with a reservation, manager/owner shoved us into a table in the corner next to the door. We then proceeded to sit for almost 45 minutes with no server ever coming to check on us, not even for drinks. Mind you, the table next to us and in back of us were being served. I had to get up and ask the manager if they knew who sat us and if they knew we were there. The same waitress serving the other two tables was sweet and apologized for the situation. Food proceeded to be out shortly after and was adequate. The poor service didn’t make up for the food.

   Our party of 9 had a lovely dinner at Ristorante Saraceno! Our waiter was attentive, funny and great with all of our "demands." The food was wonderful, the wine was fabulous and we loved how we walked and walked through rooms and passageways to find our table. Thank you for a memorable evening!

   Found this cute romantic Italian restaurant on Yelp and what a find! So cozy, warm and service was excellent. The food was delicious and we enjoyed sharing a Caesar salad with Imported Anchovies, Veal Saltamboca with pancetta and linguine - well done ! Glass of red from Montepulciano - region and a winery we toured in Italy.

    We were sat right away on a very busy evening. Sat in the downstairs dining room. It was a very unique dining experience. Our server, Edwardo, was spectacular, incredible service. The chicken parm in vodka sauce was the best dish I've ever had. Highly recommend Ristorante Saraceno.
