桌邊服務很讚解說及貼心，控桌狀況非常良好，完全不會被冷落或是食材烤過頭。兩人份的食材也很剛好，不會過多或浪費，吃超飽的啦。

去了林森店10次以上非常喜歡，但第一次來林口店，體驗服務生的不專業，很難想像同樣是連鎖店居然會有如此大的差異，建議加強員工訓練，不然真的會毀了這家店

全程服務十分貼心，很用心介紹餐點及用餐方式給第一次到訪的用餐者。餐點也好吃不雷。身上也不會出現油煙燒烤的異味，吃完燒烤而感覺是清爽的！

good 林口常常塞車還特意幫我們延後半小時但還是建議各位提早出門位置不太明顯非常推薦的服務極好的餐點

不要接近最後用餐時間去用餐，別桌客人離開後收拾時服務生會用摔碗來暗示用餐時間到了，但是離打烊時間還差很多，會承受很大的壓力，還會擺個臭臉。林口店的男服務生每個服務都是臭臉都是爛態度，反而女店員會服務到最後一刻。建議要吃這間到台北吃，非必要強烈不建議到林口店用餐。

店內需要增加人手，入座後等待時間比之前用餐久，還好有生菜沙拉和小菜先頂著。桌邊烤肉服務的員工忙得不行，一個人負責烤三桌，一臉厭世地烤肉，連客人的問話都無力應對了。

來吃燒肉都不用動手，服務生都烤好，只要負責吃就好，價格和食物都中規中矩，份量也都吃得飽，算是不錯的選擇。

一進店裡店員就很仔細幫我們介紹餐點。上菜速度超快，有桌邊服務不用自己動手烤肉，吃完身上也不會有很重的烤肉味。桌子很大不會感到擁擠。看得出來店員很忙但態度還是很好，也會主動詢問要不要續生菜。肉的品質不錯，主食及小菜也都很不錯，非常推薦!
