   店員都很細心跟貼心的了解您的需求，食物也口味和味道都很好👍🏻真心推薦大家來台灣旅遊可以食看看 If you want to try a Taiwanese style food, i think you should put this restaurant into your pocket list, the environment is good and services is great 😊 Just book a table of your Taiwan Trip.

   用餐食材很好，廚師手藝不錯，然服務品質只能是中等，無論是帶位、收餐、擺盤、廁所環境、點心…等等，與價位不搭配，內部人員訓練堪慮。

   待客如賓，服務型餐廳 食物應能再更好，菲力牛可能有更好的處理方式， 氣氛蠻不錯的， 椅子不好坐。

   用餐當日，板橋店的師傅所料理的鴨胸，及醬料都非常美味，鴨胸煎得恰到好處，柔軟又具有口感，醬料及搭配的烤蘋果則味道豐富，香甜味美，令人印象深刻。

   服務都算不錯，餐點也滿意，美中不足就是介紹餐點話術稍微快了點，有些介紹還沒聽清楚就要迅速聽後續的介紹，然後因為我們有line的禮物兩客餐點送鮑魚，，自己也有看一下使用說明，點餐出示服務人員看，準備點餐時，告知我們有餐點卷要使用，還沒出示就馬上回覆結帳時出示即可，當下理解是那服務員應該了解餐卷的使用方式，結果結帳才詢問是否有招待到鮑魚，結果當然沒有，後續就外帶，等待大約10-15分鐘，因此也耽誤了下個行程

   服務人員已經失去王品的企業文化，對待客人非常冷淡，一進門，接待人員完全沒有笑容，講話也冷冷的，因為時間還沒到就叫我們去座位區等待，用餐時，服務人員一直想收拾餐盤，也沒有溫暖的對話，這跟我三年前的同間夏慕尼完全不一樣了 我真的很失望 以後不會再去了
