   當天服務速度太慢，也許客人多，但跟服務生表達需求後通常沒有回應，不管是上菜或者是慶生甜點都很慢，好像沒時間理你的感覺。

   用餐時要找服務人員時比較難找！ 生菜沙拉的部分葉菜感覺比較水，比較沒有脆度 另外海鮮清湯的味道稍微淡了點，跟以往不同

   料理美味，服務很周到，用餐人數雖多卻不吵雜，空間很寬廣，座椅很舒適不擁。 大蒜奶油和牛排的搭配令人印象深刻，也希望西堤以後可以繼續不定期推出新的菜色。

   服務人員的工作能力不足，蠻多失誤的地方 因為太心急打翻飲料，上菜時差點打翻菜品 餐點也沒有以往精緻，總之令人蠻失望的
