    服務人員態度非常好，但每桌距離太近，現場超級吵雜，跟家人用餐講話都要用喊的，沒辦法舒服用餐，飲料超好喝

    Not good，不會再去了！這次去是把之前買的餐卷用掉，快700價位CP值普普，昨天吃不完有外帶，結果等了等送錯桌了，因為隔壁桌說這好像不是他們的，後來又給我了...

    當場反映牛排太生，服務員回覆下次會注意‼️ 用餐環境大不如前，喧嘩聲此起彼落。 不見以往的服務品質及衛生的食材，回家後連續拉肚子7～8次。折騰整晚無法入眠，隔日就醫診斷，食材不新鮮導致腸胃炎。 吃一餐，要調養身體好幾餐。 就這樣不了了之。 不再推薦 王品集團。 不會再去了，也會告知親朋好友我發生的狀況。 非常得不償失，吃壞身體健康，還要費心調養。 到貴集團用餐多年，沒想到品質食材開始走下坡， 害我一整晚啦肚子，又痛又累又無法安睡，隔日還要跑診所，請假在家休養。 日後想起還是心有餘悸……真糟糕。

    點餐時只有九分跟全熟可以選 鴨胸九分熟有點太熟 服務生有詢問麵包要不要多一點 當時想說兩片有點不夠吃所以想加一片 不過服務生說幫我做四片 後來聽別桌點餐才知道吃不夠再點即可

    服務人員都很和善，但過度的關切會給人一些壓力： 1. 如果看到桌上前一道菜還沒吃完、甚至還沒開始吃，就可以主動調整出餐速度，不需要先徵詢顧客同意。 2. 不同服務人員分別關心了餐點合不合胃口、出餐速度等，在顧客聊得熱絡時多次打斷對話，反倒使關心造成不好的心情。 本人已多次到西堤用餐，是因為西堤給人良好的用餐體驗是。 雖然服務人員是出於善意及職責提出關切或詢問，但這一次的服務反而帶來不好的感覺。 以上這些不是否定服務人員的用心，但要對自己的專業有信心一些，然後簡化滿意度的調查。雖然有一些不講理的顧客，但多數客人都還是很和善。 辛苦餐廳和服務人員囉～ 註：餐後問券就已足夠，而且正常人都能主動提出問題喔。

    好難吃⋯⋯ 幾乎每一道菜味道都不太平衡 氣泡飲味道很奇怪 巧克力蛋糕味道太重 冰淇淋吃起來也太甜 除了主餐以外都很糟糕 退步很多

    顧客太多，與其他桌太靠近，都會聽到隔壁談話聲 像在吃小吃店.... 與坐對面友人交談必須提高音量
