服務人員態度都很好也很專業，因為自助吧是吃到飽，所以快速沒了的話也會馬上補菜。朋友想貪便宜所以吃了最便宜的魚，魚超難吃，巨難吃，請大家好好吃自己喜歡的不要跟他一樣蠢：）

食物新鮮.湯頭鮮甜.不錯吃...用餐時間太短...90分鐘單是點餐+送餐+炒鍋到可用餐時只剩下約75分鐘.環境音太吵.服務員說甚麼話.都聽不太清楚.

不錯吃，會考慮再去吃吃喝喝，蔬菜種類有點少，肉要自己加大才夠吃，環境還算可以，多元的付款方式，讚啦👍

火鍋必備的蔬菜及火鍋料雖說不上豐富，但吃小火鍋也是很夠的了。飲料和甜點也很不錯。至於主角肉片，也是挺新鮮的。餐廳廁所挺寬的，可以從容的如廁，廁所也挺乾淨。餐廳整體氣氛熱鬧，很適合三五好友及家庭聚餐

1年內第2次來訪，查閱了上一次的評論，問題依舊沒有改善，環境上還有很大可以改善的空間，地面的乾淨程度比路邊熱炒店還要糟，很難想像這是王品集團旗下的餐廳品質，建議公司要針對這部分多規劃一些人力，不然其實店內員工很努力卻很辛苦。

火鍋湯底好喝，蔬菜是自助吧蠻棒的，有收服務費，冰淇淋好吃，副食也不錯，有提供衛生紙跟濕紙巾，不過這價格還是有一點點貴，偶爾可以約朋友一起吃

入座時，座位下鞋子踩踏起來很油，跟服務人員反應，拿菜回座後油的感覺就不見了，應該是服務人員快速處理好了。服務人員親切，但感覺好忙碌。座位走道間距有點擁擠。整體感覺不佳，應該不會再訪。

雪花牛的肉質肥瘦比大約5:5 ，厚薄度算薄的（跟鍋神、錢都差不多的肉質）金銀蒜頭蛤蠣湯..嗯～還可以但如果要點石頭火鍋的話會推薦旁邊的旺角石頭火鍋但以價位來說去菜盤吃到飽的築間，會更划算，菜的種類更多

環境、服務、裝潢設計都很棒，食材也是新鮮的但～讓我很失望的是～火鍋最重要的是湯頭的味道，喝起來沒有雞湯味道，剝皮辣椒只有辣味和一般湯的味道而已，蛤蜊雞湯也沒有蛤蜊雞湯的味道，很失望，不會再光顧了
