1.服務桌邊的服務員態度不行，沒有點的餐告知她送上來了，她回：那妳告訴我，哪一個不要？我倒掉！我們回覆我們沒有吃，她回：送上桌不能再賣，我倒掉就好了！有素質的服務員應該會說：那沒關係，我在處理就好，而不是一直跟客人說她再倒掉，而且是有情緒的回覆。我們遵守規則是用一隻手機點餐，也把點菜紀錄給她看了，就不是我們的問題，她還質疑是我們使用多隻手機點餐，為什麼回收餐點要把情緒反饋到客人身上，我們從頭到尾都很客氣！ 2.桌上的餐盤幾乎都是我們自己收到旁邊放的，服務人員只在最後才來問要不要整理一下桌面！那收什麼服務費？（可以調監視器，根本都是我們收的） 3.服務鈴根本就沒反應，開店前都不用check嗎？我們在那邊乾等結帳人員來拿簽名，只說了一句可能沒電了，然後就沒了！真的是很糟糕的用餐體驗！！！！

今天2人是近2星期二訪，更有經驗點到喜歡的食物，增加了脆皮口感的蝦捲，麻辣鸭血很嫩加上軟嫰的肥腸，口感很好，好吃。口水雞味道也不錯。服務，環境都很好，輕鬆享受2小時的用餐時間。會再訪。

交通方便可ubike、捷運、公車。店內餐點好吃，用餐環境很乾淨，對於大食量的人非常友善所以一去再去成主顧。

出餐速度變快很多~但是菜的品質下降了很多~具體的說當天上桌的菜品有一半都是冷的或微溫~ 因該是為了加快出餐速度~所以菜都是預先大量提前作起來保溫~我還是比較喜歡以前出菜的品質~雖然比較出餐慢但是用餐的品質是優良的

今天第一次去用餐燒賣類表現的不錯，唯一會是熱呼呼上桌的餐點，宮保雞丁烹調方式需改進雞肉過硬太柴，整體來說只有蒸籠式的餐點是熱的，其它熱炒類、湯類的餐點都是溫溫的上桌，實在可惜啊

整體環境ok，餐點普通，出餐速度一般般。有些菜色沒到想像中的好吃，有些菜色上桌就是溫的，沒有真的到現做的感覺，有影響到口感。加點甜點及飲料能夠送的比20分鐘後一單的一杯飲料還慢，出餐上感覺是直接遺漏訂單，優先給其他桌的人先上，重點我們這桌還比其他桌至少早一小時左右入場，其他桌的客人最後加點就有比較重要？

不管再忙碌，熟食還是要有一個溫度才好吃，現點現做的餐點送到餐桌上，十道菜有九道菜都是冷的或微溫，用餐的感覺就很差。餐點送的速度很快，服務也不錯但是菜到餐桌前就冷掉，讓我短期內應該不會再去。

櫃檯小姐態度差，雖然人很多，但請你口氣好一點，有耐心一點，畢竟這是餐廳，不是菜市場，用餐前給客人的感覺就不太好
