   餐點附的醬油忘記提供，師傅堅持有給，兩位外場服務生其中一位服務態度極差。湯泡飯沒有如過往經驗附柚子皮，水準不如以往。

   它很特別的是一碗兩吃。When you finish about 2/3 of the Kaisen don, you can add hot broth to the bowl and enjoy the completely different flavor and taste. 你大概吃剩1/3的時候，可以加熱高湯，變成湯泡飯，別有一番風味！It’s a unique experience. 這是非常獨特的體驗。

   2023/03去日本當地買了外帶 台灣店內用餐覺得失望 服務上及加湯或是需要的時候常常找不到人 食材水準及魚肉份量也令人失望 桌上的衛生紙盒沒了 換了旁邊的也只剩一張😅 剛上餐就發現哇沙比上面有頭髮 結帳店員態度也很差⋯ 待改進地方很多。
