    11.入場⋯桌上的盤子有蝦殼，明顯是前一天晚上沒清洗乾淨，廁所地上是濕的，也危險！份量偏小，用餐完畢用一個盤子裝牙籤跟紙巾時，掉地上也沒換新的，撿起來放盤子給客人，跟服務員說抽屜紙巾沒了，只補3個⋯而且是剛開始用餐的狀況！？員工的sop明顯需要改進！

    我參加活動給了服務人員看了兩次優惠券，想要兌換烏龍麵，但服務人員一直都沒有上上來，直接吃飽離開一直都沒有

    東西很好吃，量也蠻多的，cp值很高，但美中不足的是服務還可以更好，很多東西需要跟服務人員要才有，如：小朋友的塑膠杯，肉品吃到後面有點油、膩，建議可以改變一下出餐順序。

    ㄕ上菜方式特別，但反而是敗筆，付了服務費卻什麼都要自己從輸送帶拿下來，有些盤子盒子還真是不輕，而且以份量和價格比較，感覺是吃擺盤的費用，唯一的桌邊幫烤卻烤了個寂寞….東西都掉了

    東西真的好吃 服務也很不錯 但剛好位置在出餐口 會一直有鈴聲噹噹噹的 有點吵 另外東西都用列車軌道送 蠻有趣的 但是有時候吃到一半剛好上菜 會覺得很忙…

    用餐時間未告知多久，桌上餐點吃完，繼續等餐點有2次，坐著乾等，等了好ㄧ下子才來，來了烤也要時間阿，等換烤網也講了3次，後來時間快到，店員說用餐時間剩35分鐘，烤完要幫你們打包嗎？ 我們有說餐點有送比較慢，我們剩這些烤完馬上吃。 建議時間內要吃完，出餐速度有待加強！

    吃過那麼多家燒烤店， 你們家是讓我會想推薦給親朋好友的店家， 也是自己會想再次光顧的店家。 唯一的缺點就是，上菜速度對我來說有點太快了，沙拉的部份都還沒開始享用～ 餐點就一直上來，用餐的感覺很趕， 因為上餐有點快，為了讓桌子有空間放食材， 只能快速用餐，整體就少了一個慢慢享用的機會。

    東西吃起來算好吃 可是不到很特別沒什麼記憶點 特別的是用有輸送帶來送餐 但就是因為這樣餐點都不知道是什麼 也不知道怎麼用 服務人員來幾次有時候也沒有告知如何用

    食材新鮮、擺盤令人賞心悅目、服務周到，適合喜歡拍美食的人，唯一可惜的地方是環境偏暗，整體來說算是很不錯了!!
