位於花蓮巷弄內的古民家，輕鬆簡單的法式小套餐為主的小食堂。菜色混合法式手法及日式口味，利用在地食材每個月創造充滿主廚個人特色的料理。

• 關於出餐: "簡單套餐"的方式，麵包抹醬到主餐甜點都有，除非是要去比賽大胃王的人，不然應該都會吃得飽。[按這裡參考過去菜單](https://chiubistro.com/category/bistronote/)

• 關於價錢: 價位 $890/套，不加服務費，因為老闆沒時間幫你倒水。

• 關於位子: 全店就只有８個吧檯位皆為搖滾區，沒有作兒童餐，所以只要有訂一個位子，就會算點一份套餐。

• 關於菜單: 每個月更換2道料理，但也可能依當季食材狀況調整。如果你沒有任何一道菜想重覆吃的話，一季來一次會是不錯的選擇。

• 關於喝酒: 自行帶酒收 $50/一個杯子的洗杯費，或可以點杯飲料來抵免洗杯費。

• 訂位時需要挷定信用卡資訊，但在用餐日前並不會收取任何款項。(綁卡時會進行 1 元的測試交易，並立即退款)

• 當日用餐完畢時才付全額的餐費，可選擇現金、信用卡、TaiwanPay等。

• 再說三次，不會扣款、不會扣款、不會扣款，只是挷定信用卡。費用是吃完才全額在現場支付。(沒辦法真的太多人誤會了.)

• 若臨時於2日前取消訂位/減少人數/用餐日未到者，會於綁定信用卡號扣取全額餐費$890/人。
(例如: 用餐日為3月4日，於3月1日(含)前取消，將不會有任何費用產生)
