    八德店感覺肉的品質越來越下降，肉筋一堆難咬的要死，藝文店好多了～一人1000骰子牛能吃的不到半盤，其他肉也很普，海鮮還不錯

    小朋友從幼稚園吃到大學，熟悉的味道~ 且送餐速度很快，自助吧很乾淨，榴槤口味冰淇淋好吃~一定會再回訪的

    餐點都很不錯，整體算是燈光美氣氛佳。女性員工很客氣有禮，但是男性工作人員的態度欠佳！ 還有最忌諱的就是衛生，當日用餐時座位旁就有一隻小蟑螂。

    今天跟家人提早慶祝母親節，這裡的食材及服務還是有一定的水準，家人們都吃得很飽、很開心，有機會會再光臨！

    今日跟朋友聚會用餐，食材感覺還可以，相較之前種類樣式稍微少了些，不過環境挺舒適，服務人員很用心且熱情的完善桌邊服務，所以還是很值得推薦！

    第一次火鍋送錯口味，而且裡面還有紙巾。被家人吃到且告知後，只有換一鍋沒有後續賠償。然後第一次通知的人還沒有告知其他人，導致後來又一個人來狡辯一模一樣的話。感受極差

    因常去貴店用餐，常被安排在離落地窗的位置，離自助區有點距離，所以網路上訂位時，已有告知要理自助台近一點，但抵達本店時座位區卻被安排離大門口很近，詢問當下才告知說自助的位置並沒有被開放，而且是我開口詢問有備註才告知我沒開放，那「備註」是用來幹嘛的？ 當時用餐客數不高，以前都會幫忙觀察換烤網，但當天的服務生都是我們去提醒換烤網，點餐選擇火鍋底時告知選擇牛奶鍋，送上的是藥膳鍋？等提醒更換又等了一陣子..不知道當天服務生怎麼了。 希望其他客人不要再有這樣的體驗。

    今日中午與家人們一同來到重新裝潢後的石頭燒烤聚餐，選用$599價位(服務費外加一成)，重新裝潢後的自助區規劃方便，有火鍋野菜、生菜沙拉、水果百匯、冰沙、咖啡、飲料區、冰淇淋，連咖哩牛肉飯都全自助，當然最主要的燒烤品項也提升了不止一個檔次，牛五花及梅花豬厚度增加不少，油花遍布均勻，蝦子超級鮮甜彈牙，是很不錯的用餐體驗，值得推薦！

    食材不新鮮 牡蠣有臭腥味 肉品的味道也不太好 服務沒有很積極 這種價位有其他更多燒烤店可以選 CP值不高

    👍👍👍服務不錯、出菜速度快、以前是紙本點單，現在是用手機QR點餐！不錯的體驗👍不會使用現場人員會耐心解說教學！
