一、訂位保留10分鐘：
訂位時間將為您保留10分鐘，超過時間即取消訂位，將由現場候位客人候補座位

二、用餐時間安排120分鐘：
以「訂位時間」起始計算120分鐘
如：訂位時間18:00，用餐時間到20:00止。

三、無法臨時更改人數、新增座位：
因座位皆為四人餐桌，如要更改用餐人數，建議提早撥打現場訂位專線，確認位置是否可以新增或調整。

四、每月1號12:00開放後三個月訂位，最晚訂位時間為用餐前一天 24:00 之前：

點了經典套餐-八色烤肉醃漬不同口味的豬肉，再搭配一個湯鍋吃起來不會過多的油膩店員服務不錯，會適時收盤如果沒有排隊的狀況，不會來催促用餐結束 (這一點大推！)

和牛橫隔膜好幾塊都有很厚一層肥油，還有兩大塊是骨頭跟油而已，個人認為這個品質的和牛橫隔膜不值520臺幣，希望能加強肉品品質管理。另外生日送的肉蛋糕也相當沒有誠意，建議可以改成送別的東西，不然看到那個肉蛋糕只會覺得很失望。

星期六用餐不復以往要排隊很久盛況了，可能餐飲業競爭激烈。這次用餐有父親節套餐，服務真的是非常好，謝謝

The experience was so nice. I went there with my 7 and 3 year-old kids. I won’t say it’s a kid friendly restaurant. But it does have kids chairs, kids tableware. It’s friendly enough that I would like to bring my kids there again. The meal is wonderful. I’ve been to several Korean restaurants in Taipei. They are either over priced, or very limited to the meal items. But I found 八色烤肉 to have reasonable price, and pretty wide options of meals. I like the cold noodle the most.
