- BBobbyVirginia •2 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 25, 2024The food was fabulous. We were there for the Christmas decorations which were really great. The restaurant was moderately busy but not slammed. Our service however was very poor. Waiter didn't know anything about the wine "special" other than the name of the varietal. They totally forgot to make the side dish for one of eaters and it was finally delivered well over 1/2 way through his dinner. The waiter never returned to our table to check on us our entire meal. I had to flag down other staff to get refills on water and drinks for all at our table. Had to wait a significant time to order desert (which was great). The quickest part of our service came when he presented the bill and came to collect my credit card. No apologies for slow service. No let me comp something for your troubles. What should have been a wonderful celebratory night for our group was marred by the poor service experience which ultimately lead to the meal taking almost 3 hours to complete. I would go back for the food and the ambiance, the service not so much.More infoJefferson's Restaurant at The Omni HomesteadPrice: Expensive• American• Hot Springs•4.7

Discover Warm Springs
This tiny rural town is located between the majestic Allegheny Mountains and the George Washington and Jefferson National Forest. As the name suggests, Warm Springs is popular for its mineral-rich hot springs, but it's also a great destination for mountain biking, hiking, and world-class fishing, including the much-coveted rainbow trout. Regional farm-to-table cuisine is available at several restaurants, and some menus change with the seasons. One restaurant has more than 200 wines in its cellar, all of which are available to guests. Smaller venues offer deli-style items where you can enjoy a made-to-order sandwich and soup created from locally sourced ingredients.
