Particularly impressive is the care & attention to an individual's likes & dislikes, which are noted for future visits. Add to this the chef's willingness to produce an alternative which is not on the menu. And for front of house to offer a wine which is not listed. Although wood paneled Mortimers is well lit, creating a calm & relaxing ambience.
