- JJamesvipPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI first went to Wally’s in about 1986. Have been there many times since. The level of service, food quality, and ambiance has remained exceptional over all those years and changes I management and staff. An amazing feat in the food industry. Even though the place was full, and tables relatively close together, the noise level was very acceptable, with no issuer hearing each other across the table, without shouting. No loud blaring background music or some guy yelling rap in the background. Prices were very much within anticipated, and acceptable, range . I would highly recommend Wally’s for anyone wanting a pleasurable, more upscale dining experience.More infoWally's Desert TurtlePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Rancho Mirage•4.8
- DDesireePhiladelphia County •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoExcellent in every way! We ate on the patio in a very comfortable booth. There was live guitar music at a perfect volume. My husband and I were able to hold a conversation. The weather was great. The food and service was AMAZING! A wonderful comfortable & relaxing atmosphere completed the package. We will definitely come again. We had crab cakes to start. They were the best we’ve ever had. My salmon crusted pistachio salad was fresh & flavorful. My husband loved his tacos. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us an amazing chocolate cake. We highly recommend the restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.More infoMitch's on El Paseo Prime SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Californian• Palm Desert•4.8
- KKimberlyLos Angeles •30 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I had quiche Lorraine, which was fluffy and cheesy and totally enjoyable. The side salad with dressing was equally savory. my friend had the papaya stuffed with chicken salad. She said it was excellent. The presentation was beautiful and the amount of food was very generous. Our server, DIANA, was very pleasant and efficient and kept drinks refilled without our needing to ask. It’s easy to see why this is an extremely popular restaurant. I cannot wait to return.More infoSi BonPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Rancho Mirage•4.8
- TTeresaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoI brought my husband for his birthday. We had received a gift card and so this our first time. I made reservations for 6:30 pm, I was surprised how busy it was for a Monday night. We had to wait about 15 minutes before getting seated, even with a reservation! But once we were seated we were waited on. Our server Natalie was great! She was very friendly and checked in on us several times making sure we were enjoying our meal. There was live entertainment. They even sang happy birthday for my husband. Our meal was delicious! !! The portions were plentiful! My husband received a happy birthday plate with several deserts . We are planning on coming back again for my birthday!!More infoEddie V's - Palm DesertPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Palm Desert•4.8

Originally named Old MacDonald Ranch, Palm Desert was once a training center for infamous General George Patton, and restaurants still serve American classic comfort foods like heirloom tomato salads, fried calamari and bacon wrapped dates for starters. Hand stretched pizzas with wild mushrooms, fontina cheese, shaved asparagus, garlic, spices and some goat cheese are popular contemporary American meals. Spanish mission-style restaurants serve linguine and shrimp with fresh corn, heirloom tomatoes, herbs and bread crumbs along with pan-roasted Jidori chicken with couscous, chilled saffron and lemon aioli. Greek is a fun option for those that want a little more excitement on the plate with offerings like classic Greek moussaka, lamb souvlaki, and Greek ribs grilled with lemon oil, oregano and garlic.
