   Refinery was absolute class. It had the perfect ambiance, food and gorgeous drinks. Staff was super friendly.

   Overall was a good experience. The rooftop was wonderful. Everything was clean and the hostess and waitress were very, very helpful and making us select a good choice for food.

   Un poco ruidoso, pero la comida bastante buena (los pretzel bites y el humus nos encantaron) y el servicio muy atento. Celebrábamos un cumpleaños y nos regalaron un trozo de tarta con su bengala. Buenas vistas al Empire State. Muy recomendable.

   I was there on a cold winter day. But ate on the patio, enclosed in plastic walls with view of Empire State building. Charming, if small, semi-outdoor space. Food all around quite good. I enjoyed a burger with a nice side salad. Would have preferred one thick patty, but it was two thinner patties. Not a big issue. Prices were a tad high, but you're paying for ambience. I would go back certainly.

   On open table I was asked to chose my seating, but did not get our table. We were seated on uncomfortable patio furniture that had a low table. For drinks it would have been ok- but to attempt to cut food and eat from a table. That is below your knees is ridiculous! Unfriendly wait staff. when asked about recommendations in the menu she was not helpful. Would not recommend! Drinks in the bar area may be a different story!

   The sandwiches were not worth $30 apiece, not to mention they charge you per fountain drink. Service left a lot to be desired. The views were the only thing worth it.

    Love coming here for yummy drinks! Do not skip their ahi tuna the sauce on it is to die for!
