                My daughter and I have our annual Christmas Holiday Tea @ The Ritz, and every year, it never disappoints! We love the Christmas decor! The one thing I'd like to ask is that you move the large Christmas tree back to the valet area. Thank you!

                This is go to dining for all my out of state visitors. The food is excellent and you can’t beat the view from Raya! Chef’s kiss!

                The venue and food were both wonderful. We arrived at 1:20pm for a 1:30 reservation. The restaurant was emptying out and we didn’t get seating to almost 2pm, then service was very very slow. Unfortunately, this was not our typical experience at Raya at Ritz Carlton. The server might need more training on table/time management.

                There was no help around all day or they were wandering not paying attention to us 6 guest ! It took us 40 mins to get a glass of champagne our first drink and 2 hours to get our food ! Very disappointed in the Ritz bad service ! Food was good but the service is a total experience!
