   Dined at Zola on New Year’s Eve with an early reservation. Everything was poor from start to finish with the service being the main problem. We contemplated leaving several times but stayed, although we did see other people leave. From the bad bread on the table, to waiting 45 minutes for a first glass of wine, an appetizer that never came because they were out of it and the waiter never mentioned it wouldn’t be coming, a terrible night all around. The side room we sat in was freezing to add to the stress. When we finally did get the entrees we ordered, the food was mediocre at best, not even close to authentic Italian compared to other Italian restaurants in Morris County. So disappointing as we were looking forward to adding this one to our list. I get the feeling this restaurant is poorly run all the time. New Year’s Eve is no excuse. We will never eat here again.

   We really enjoyed the quality of the food. It was our first time and we will definitely come back. We used to dine at Michelle 10 their predecessor.

   Bar tender and bus boy were very nice, but that was it We got our table on time then sat there for 20 minutes with out menus finally had to ask for them no one came to the table, when the server decided to show up took our drink order that took another 20 minutes, she said she would be right back to take our order , never came back I had to ask another server to take our order. Food was less than mediocre, sent one meal back. Manager never came to us to try to rectify the problem. When we spoke with a server her response was and I quote Oh well it is what it is”. Really?? Wow. Will never go back Staff is under trained and inexperienced I could go on but what’s the point.

   The food we ordered was delicious. We will be back again for dinner and to enjoy the bar area. Best of luck to a new restaurant!

   This restaurant will not disappoint. It is a dining experience. The ambiance is beautiful, perfect for a date night. The food was imaginative, delicious and very well executed. Our server Anna waz wonderful. She was friendly, attentive and warm. I will absolutely be recommending Zola to friends and will be a frequent guest.

   We left since we were big even served our drink order for 55 minutes. We placed our order after 20minutes at the table About 10 minutes later a bowl of soup came out, which we sent back since we wanted a cocktail first. We did not see any wait staff again so we left. Very disappointing place.

   Given that it was a holiday, I expected slower than normal service. However, we were there early, and it was not busy yet. We waited at least a half hr just for a server to come over. It was downhill from there. Food was good, but 2 of the 3 meals came out together, and the third took another 10 mins to come out. We then asked for the forgotten side for one of the meals, and that took another 20 mins to get. At that point, our server completely forgot about us. While there were apologies, nothing was taken off the bill as even a good will gesture. Can’t say I can recommend this place at all.

   The service is slow, and it's uncomfortably cold inside. Even the employees are clearly struggling from the cold.

    Overall, every thing was very good. We were just very cold and we didn’t understand why the restaurant wasn’t warm. It was very uncomfortable.
