   Unfortunately, Food was not that good and drinks were mediocre. It was upsetting especially for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

   This was my first time coming to this place the atmosphere was dope the fire lady was definitely cool but that was it I was referred to this place I looked it up the pictures was dope I wanted to take my fiancé for Valentine’s Day so I ordered a super salad let’s just say it wasn’t super they gave me some asparagus chopped up with some lettuce on a saucer plate for $18 I’m like wtf I had to send it back my fiancé ordered the lobster mashed potatoes missing the lobster lol I’m like who stole the lobster lol we blame the kitchen also every time I asked for certain things like extra sauce or extra anything it never got added and it did not come now the most annoying thing was the music noise level if there was a scale of 1-5 it was a 5.9 I could barely have a conversation unless I was talking in my fiancés ear or yelling and the drinks were horribly nasty now this wasn’t about the money because I spent $175 with tip but I wish I picked somewhere else for that price for Valentine’s Day

   We had a great experience. The service was good. The food was excellent. The drinks were yummy! The entertainment was really good. We will definitely be back! We had a wonderful Valentines 💝 at Zama!!!

   This restaurant was amazing & the vibes were great to spend Valentine’s Day! The food was delicious too. Definitely would go back when I’m in the gaslamp area again!

   Wife and I went to Zama for Valentine’s Day. Zama looks cool on the inside but the food was terrible. We ordered 2 sushi rolls that were just okay. We also ordered the $145 Porter House Steak that was AWEFUL. Quality of meet was terrible and cooked poorly. Overall was not impressed and definitely not worth the cost of this meal.

   The service was amazing. Our server was incredibly nice and even gave us recommendations for the rest of our night. I’m not sure if we might’ve just ordered the wrong things from the menu but I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the food. Cocktails were great though! And service took it over the top!

   Came here for my bacherlotte party. Over all experience was horrible!!! After emailing back and forth with the manager for days, they did not have our reservation when we got there. We did not get seated until 30 mins past our reservation. The staff was rude, and our food came out cold. When we went to close out our entire bill was wrong. The night was supposed to be a special event and was not at all. Would not recommend or ever go here again. VERY disappointed.

   The server took awhile. The hostess was rude when I walked multiple blocks from my car. I was ten minutes late and the phone number didn’t work! How was I supposed to tell them I was trying my best to get there! She gave out table away and we waiting a really long time only to then be sat outside. I had high hopes but it didn’t work out for us. Service and attitude is key. They lacked both.

   Went to dinner with my friends for a special occasion. The decor was nice, and the food was good, but the service was TERRIBLE!. The waiter kept pressuring us to order more, even insisting we let the chef “surprise” us—basically letting them charge whatever they wanted. It was extremely uncomfortable. At the end, we were told customers can only stay for two hours—something never mentioned before, or worse, something you should never say to your customers. Worse, our $200 bill was charged as $300. Luckily, we caught it and got a $100 refund, but it felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge us. We frequently dine at different restaurants, and we’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a place. First and last time here. Not recommended—check your bill carefully!

    I absolutely loved the experience I loved that they accommodated for my 5 year old daughter and made her a burger and fries with everything on the side. It was beautiful and the food was good!!
